I changed my truck at about 180K...it's now at 212K with no problems. My 175K Legend just took it's first taste of synthetic a week ago...
...no leaks yet...
I've done a lot of reading and talking to people about putting full synthetic into an high-mileage vehicle before I did it to my truck. I really think it's a myth. Maybe we should contact Mythbusters...
