You could but making 2 new shoulder bolts will cost you about $10. Refer to this DIY here: ADDCO Sway Bar shoulder bolt DIY that I did about 2 1/2 years ago and you'll be good to go. I've done them for my Sedan, Josh's Coupe and Fut's GS and to my knowlwdge, they're all still holding up.
