With the pan off, I let the transmission drain overnight. A little more than 4liter drained out. I filled it back up with 3.6L of fluid. Transmission shifts smoother, 1st to 2nd shift is still rough, but much more tolerable. Car accelerates a lot smoother and quicker because of the new fluid and possibly because there's less drag on the tranny pump. I noticed that some of the slipping is gone. Shifting becomes much quicker as well. The most noticible difference is the shift between 2nd and 3rd. It's seamless.
