It can be used with any setup. The bezel it comes with conveniently matches the dash though and fits snug with a bit of trimming. The only draw back to it is if you want to do a carputer, its not touch screen. But its the brightest screen you can buy with the highest resolution for its size. Heres what I'm going to use when I get a carputer since its not a touch screen:
