Alex,
The ABS sensor will turn the ABS-light on when you hit 13mph on if it cannot receive a signal from any one of the sensors.
So looks like a bad sensor. Check the code then you know which sensor is bad.
Did any one of the wheels overheated with a frozen caliper ?
