^ you beat me to it. Mink oil is amazing when it comes to leather. After I saw the results on my leather jacket, I tried some on my seats and it worked like magic. The one I have (some penguin brand) also cleans the leather gently. If its really bad then you should clean it first with saddle soap (been looking can't find it) or Zaino (which I did try and it works really well, just dont leave it on for too long). The mink oil should be applied after the stubborn stains have been removed. IT works much better than the Simonize stuff.
