my old roomate was 312lbs (6') and pretty low body fat at one point. he was taking in about 10k cals a day, and his thighs were as big around as watermelons.
he's still friggin scary at 230lbs and 8% body fat or so. good luck with that 5%, that's going to be toouugghhh to achieve.
i'm about 165lbs at the moment, 6' and low body fat. i'd be hitting the gym and eating like a beast except that i have a broken wrist, torn up knee and sprained ankle.
