Personally, I do not have any experience nor have work on any transfer case that are electronically controlled, but have done so numerous times with the manually controlled units... I'm just getting use to my '07 Silverado meself, which is equiped with this shift on-the-fly innovation; AUTO 4WD ftw
I've attempted to inquire and hoping to gather enough information from several stealership to no avail., they all have the same response... bring it in ASAP!!!
Someday I might be in the same predicament as you are currently experiencing guyad... btw, have you checked the Chevy forums?
