The AC cannot operate without its components, you cannot put in the intercooler without taking out the AC components. But you can always go with a small intercooler, thats why the turbo kit for the legend was made that way because there doesnt seem to be any other way. Going smaller wont help its not the actual intercooler that will be the problem. I will get a different front bar (probably get a custom fibreglass 1) and mount it in front of the ac radiator, it is getting a pipe to each side of the intercooler that will be the problem. there isnt really any room on either side of the radiator to get it through that i can see??
