Going smaller wont help its not the actual intercooler that will be the problem. I will get a different front bar (probably get a custom fibreglass 1) and mount it in front of the ac radiator, it is getting a pipe to each side of the intercooler that will be the problem. there isnt really any room on either side of the radiator to get it through that i can see??
