1 & 2. You might have to do a pressure test on your fuel system to figure out where you have a fuel leak. Check the fuel pump, lines and seals on entry/exit points on gas tank. Replace fuel filter (easy to do, there is a DIY on here) and check fuel fuel pressure regulator.
3 & 5. Start with bleeding your cooling system (there is a diy in the DIY forum), make sure you have silicate free (long life) coolant in there. It could be a far bigger problem, but this is a good place to start.
4. Might be related to your fuel problem.
6. Get the serial # off the side/bottom of the radio (search on here and there is a thread that tells you how you can locate the #). Call Acura of Augusta and they will give you the code for free (tell them you're from A-L.com).

Maybe other members closer to the DC area can give you more accurate cost estimates than I. Prices differ a lot state to state.
