What you can do that will turn out very nicely is to make a baffle that bolts to the rear angled supports behind the rear seat backs and mount your woofer on there. IF you seal off the rear deck and this baffle well enough, your entire trunk will act like a box. This method of install is typically called infiniate baffle and is a very classy way to install a sub without taking up any space.
