The dark blue is the Cobalt, if you buy some of the same Legend sales brochures I have you'll see what they looked like...
As for the rarest, I do not know...I've seen the Twilight Blue Metallic in person but never have I seen a few others up close...such as these stock Acura Legend colors:
- Golden Glow Pearl
- Cobalt Blue Pearl
- Geneva Green Pearl
- Rosewood Brown Metallic
- Garnet Red Pearl

Okay, I had my color names mixed up then it would "Cobalt Blue". I seriously thought the dark blue was the twilight due to that reference.
I've seen Geneva Green Pearl, Garnet Red Pearl (94 L only I believe), and I believe I've seen the Golden Glow.
I didn't even know there was a brown.
