It shouldn't have any problem after properly tuning and adjusting the A/F. My set up is almost identical to yours, plus a few other mods. From my experience with these motors and using nitrous, I'm not the least bit concerned.
I ran a .36 jet with the bayou chip(advanced timing) a few years back, no safc to correct the a/f ratio, using stock injectors/FP, and close to 200,000 miles on the stock motor. I'd think a fully modded, properly tuned motor should be in clear to step it up another 25hp.
I'm pretty sure Dv8 has run a larger jet on the dyno along with a few other members in the past with minimal mods.
I'll be using a close to fresh stock block with just over 45,000 miles.
