Most Honda wheels will need to be bored out, especially from newer Honda/Acura cars. The only wheels that did NOT need to be bored out that I found were the NSX fronts.

The wider rear wheels will not cause problems. I'm using the NSX rears (8.5in wide) as my fronts and they are fine. Honda/Acura wheels in general have very positive offset (wheel is sunk "in" towards the car's centerline) so many wider wheels will be alright. NSX rears fit well in Legend wheel wells so I don't see a reason why S2000 wheels wouldn't. Just bore and mount.
