I dont think it's a DIY, it's just a guide...little helpful pointers

when I was at the track, I saw all kinds of stock cars running and a bunch that were obviously first timers (I think one car tried to turn around at the end of the track and come back!)

I never would have thought that not having a battery tie-down would cause you to fail the inspection + I heard recently that spider cracks in your windshield may also fail you.
