Do you know if the instrument cluster changed any between the years?

All '91-'95 Legend instrument clusters are completely plug and play with another. If you wanted to get wild, you could even swap the gauges from later Legends.. '93-'95 Type 1 engine cars had a revised cluster face, and the Type 2 cars had a 160mph speedometer as well as a higher-redline tach)for the Type 2 engine; I wouldn't recommend using it on a Type 1 car). You can easily pull gauges/bulbs/etc out of the donor cluster and put it in your current one so you can keep your car's original mileage. As far as the bulbs go, all of 'em are replacable. The cluster's pretty easy to open once you get it out, too... there are four tabs on the bottom and three on the top that will allow you to remove the faceplate, and a bunch of screws on the back... it's pretty easy to do, honestly.
