All things being equal, the ZEX kit is probably where you should start, if the price is right and wet/zex are your only two choices. Make sure those vacuum lines are secured and don't be surprised if it is terribly rich.

I would suggest setting the nitrous up on a dyno with a wideband. This is the safest way to go, no matter how you look at it.

If you find a dry NOS system, most (if not all) have a mechanical servo that REGULATES nitrous pressure down to about 50psi instead of just using a couple of restrictors (the restrictors allow for pressure spikes). Your fueling will be much more consistent if you go that route.
