Hmm... with that gun it's completely illegal. I do know full-auto variants of it do exist, but since the NFA laws were amended back in the '80s, no full auto(receiver or full gun) that's been made after a specific date in 1986 is legal for civilians to own. Considering the FS2000 was developed well after 1986, unless you're military or police... to the best of my knowledge it's impossible to get a full-auto version.
If you are really looking hard to legally obtain a similar weapon(bullpup layout .223) that would be full auto, I'd take a look at the Steyr AUG. I'm sure there's got to be a few legal examples floating around, but I'm also sure they'll be ultra spendy.
