I don't think it's all that racist. Mainly because the mice themselves don't see in terms of race - it's strong(er) mouse keeping weak(er) mouse down, which is pretty much how it works in nature. The whole black/white connotation is something we project on to those animals. Now is that projection (the ideas that image brings about in your mind) racist? I don't think so either. But that perception can vary among people. I agree with ER92L that, as a society, we have to be able to look at the flaws in our selves (and let's face it racism does exist in American society) and laugh about it sometimes. Not all race-based jokes are racist and some are actually quite funny (I think Dave Chappelle had a knack for being funny when talking about sensitive issues like race). Then again I'm neither Caucasian nor African American so perhaps my stake in American racism is not as personal as some, although I think racism is something that exists among all cultures and colors, it's not just white hating on black (although in our society this gets talked about more than anything else).
