That lady was the African American women. She does this all the time, like she doesn't even notice the difference in colors. I think it's really amazing and am proud of her for it. Hopefully things will change big when our children grow up.

That's a great point you bring up. My little niece looks at my brother in law (white) and I (brown) one day and says to me, "Wow, I just noticed how different you are!" I was all ready to 'talk' to her about it but first I asked, "How?" and she says, "Your ears are pierced, that's so cool!" All I could do was hug her.
