No, as i understand it that only refers to the computer. Most other things are ok. You can run a piggy back computer because for some reason it is considered as untunable. the only other one i can think of is aftermarket coilovers are also illegal if your car didnt have a coilover setup from factory. and your car has to be at least 3.5 inches of the ground at the lowest point. Any wheels are fine as long as the dont come out past the fenders. Lots of people still run aftermarket computers you just have to be able to hide it. After that you would be unlucky to get caught. Oh and as a probationary i cant drive high powered vehicles. As of this year people who get there license cant drive anything turbo or anything v8 untill there 21. thats about al our crap laws, oh and if you get caught doing skids or speeding excessivaly you get your car impounded for 2 days the first time, 3 months the second time and the 3rd time they sell your car. I have 1 impound strike.
