mrxkvn - the bose amp is only on the premium, so I don't have it. Part number is 39186-SZ3-A01. List is $1174;
acuraoempart.com has it for $939. It looks like it is the same part from 1996 to 2000. Best to look on ebaymotors.com or go with a third party amp.
