1. Just wire up a seperate switch for the JDM fogs through the ignition wire like in this mod but don't include a relay. That way you can turn them on or off at any time you like after crank up the car.

2. With this mod, no the JDM fogs won't come on after the headlights are on, (keep in mind that the fogs are still on while the parking lights are on as well).

Without this mod, yes you can use the high beam power to turn the fogs on or off except the headlights must be on first.

3. Like I've mentioned above, headlights must be on the first thing before you can use high beam power constantly to light up the JDM fog lights. (OEM designed that way originally unless you know the other way around, please let me know).
