An Old time member needs your help!

Hey guys, I know I haven't been active at all on the forums, it's a long story, but I have still been working on my legend and I have a few surprises for you guys that will make you say, "why....?" But anyways to cut to the chase

I NEED HELP!

My car is hesitating at below 1000 rpms, it's very boggy, it doesnt rev up and down, needle barely moves, car has very little power under acceleration, when did this start?

It started two days ago when I ...

A. Hosed down the engine bay (was very careful yet still hit air filter, also may have hit some electronics, but the car was off and I let it dry for a bit)

B. Upon starting the car with one of the vacuum lines off it was a bit boggy, but this was expected, a vacuum line was off the car, then proceeded to intake seafoam, the car almost died during this so had to keep giving it gas, then put some in crankcase and some in gasoline. Went for throttle after 15 minutes to clear the seafoam, not that much smoke ( had seafoamed it 6 months earlier), so then said wtf... so I took it for a drive and it was BOGGY throughout the WHOLE RPM RANGE could barely get it to accelerate, this has been alleviated over time but I still find my engine shaking at low RPMS.

When the car is idling the car shakes and shakes and shakes and shakes methodically and I hear a hissing noise by the brake booster, this leads me to believe that as I was pulling out the vacuum line for seafoaming I probably pulled another vacuum line and the car is now leaking air, but get this, no CEL and ocassionally a clicking noise, so maybe it's multiple problems, Vacuum leak? brake booster? IACV? Spark Plug Misfire? Coil Pack Replacement? Help me out guys, the guy at advance said that if the aforementioned issues were happening I should get a CEL, for now I did pick up some throttle body cleaner and will proceed to take out the intake and make sure theres no moisture in there, but you would think it would get sucked out and dry for driving from 2 days. Problem has gotten less and less but still wont go away. I know this is a long description, but any help would be appreciated.
P.S. would posting a video of the symtpoms help?
Thanks A lot.
