Question Sliding Subwoofer....Solutions?

Alright, so i finally traded my 15in kicker for something smaller that doesnt take up the entire back of my XS.

i traded with a guy for a 12in Polk Audio sub. It sounds nice, its got a nice deep thump, less outside vibration than the 15, but sounds great inside and thats what counts!

So now that the box is smaller, i find it slide around alot, even with normal driving. I want to avoid screwing it down to the floor cause my entire trunk compartment has little hatches with storing under it, for spare/jack/other randoms, and when i take my friends dogs to the park i need to be able to move it easy.

I was thinking maybe just nailing some rough sand paper onto the bottom.

Any ideas?
