Thanks for the comments everyone. I pretty much used the method 91LSplendid described. Covered up anything I didn't want soaked, misted everything down, sprayed degreaser liberally, let it soak in for a good bit, then misted everything again. I did that twice, using as little water as possible. Then I let everything dry up for a while (I wasn't about to let it run with these gas prices
). Once she was nice and dry I took the Armorall wipes to everything, and I mean everything. I was a little hesitant at first but when I started seeing how everything came up, I went all out. Even the exposed paint got the Armorall treatment. I was especially surprised as to how it shined up the hoses and such.
