Not exactly. In fact there is no agreement in the scientific community at all because the human kind has been looking at this issue for relatively short period of time and no long history of measurements is available.
Couple this with the fact lab experiments are not good approximations of actual reactions systems in the atmosphere, and what you have is a very poor understanding of what is going on and where this is going.
