You have two options to get these created, depending on what year your Legend is:
-The Crowing
-jkurl
Between them they create the mounts needed to get a 3.5RL engine into your Legend. They 'might' have one ready sitting around. I highly doubt you'd be able to find one locally unless you want to create a jig yourself. Not sure how fast The Crowing is but Jerry (jkurl) was very fast.
