To be more specific, will it not shift into any gear, or just some of them? When you say "serviced the transmission", did that include gear oil? Assuming your new clutch cylinders are good, it may well be the synchros in your transmission. Odd that all 6 would go at once though, which sounds more like the clutch area. Anyone else run into this before?
