Awwww, man, thats just not right!

See, one person is going to give the entire PNW a bad name?
I'm a Georgia transplant, let me throw that out first. I've been in the Seattle area since early 2000. I'm clamoring to get back to the Southease after feeling the aforementioned isolation (tucked all the way up here). Our job market is good, depending upon your skills, though we are on average with the national unemployment rate (6.3% or so here). If you're a naturalist, you'll love it here. Its never more than a short stint to parks, rock climbing, skiing, beaches, and so on. The cost of living is outrageous, but still better than CA... for now. Relocation costs are dependent upon what you're bringing with you, and make sure you get a newer U-Haul or hire someone to bring it out for you (we broke down twice in Colorado).
If you do decide to come out, let some of us know in advance; we can show you around the different areas and you can decide for yourself.
