good cooks are welcome everywhere they go. That's all that means. As for the Pacific NW this is a really nice place. I find the people here quite friendly. You can do demographic searches that should give you the bacics of the information you are looking for. I would think you could call a cullinary arts school out here and see how their graduates are doing.
Were'nt you going to do some electrical diagnostics on your car. Did that project get ditched?
