OK this makes sense. Also Earlier I forgot to mention sometimes it shifts, and when it does it drives great, real smooth. Then sometimes when you park it and get back into it to drive again it wont shift. Could this still be a bent Clutch fork?
Also, the system has been bled, and there has been adjustments made behind the clutch pedal.
