What’s wrong with – I’m not interested!

You don’t have to go to any appointment. Call and cancel (at night if necessary to avoid talking to him - leave a message)

The Navy is not interested in someone who doesn’t want to be there. So if you are not interested, tell the recruiter and be forceful. You don’t have to say “no thank you”, just say “NO! and please don’t call again”. You might mention that you find his continual calling “harassment” and ask who you can contact to complain about his recruiting tactics.

I got drafted (and ended up spending 30 great years in the Navy). But you have a choice. Don’t be talked into something you don’t want to do.
