from what i have seen (anyone correct me if im wrong) the JDM engine is higher compression 9.4 to 1 vs. 9.0 to 1 that and they are cheap, and have very low miles. on the aluminum flywheel, not sure who makes one for our cars, or how much they are. but from experience, be carefule with them, sure they give you quick revs, feels like more power, and less stress on the engine bearings, things like that. the problems i ran into was the engine felt rough, and i warped the flywheel after some abuse. so i would try to find a good quality one that is lighter, but not too light. i would try a ZEX light weight flywheel, it's not made of aluminum so they say it won't warp near as easy. hope this helps, good luck.
