I would also say it is mostly the weight and large drivetrain loss. I have a feeling it looses more than conventional AWD systems. Either way, while I am somewhat dissapointed that it is not a sub 15 second car out of the box, 15.2 I can surely live with since I'm more interested in the electronic features of this car. From all the manufacturers speculated performance data, this car is still equal to or a few tenths faster than the upcoming AWD GS300 from Lexus, so I would say it is okay for now. Hopefully Honda gives it an upgrade in 2 years with either more HP and torque, or a 6-Speed trans.
