I'm also dissapointed with 15.2. I like the electronics, but I like the mechanical engineering better. If I had the car, I'd try to lighten it up a bit and of course open up intake and exhaust. That should yield some 14's. Even that sounds slow because I had my fingers crossed for low 14's stock, but oh well.
