Car 1: 1987 Legend LS Coupe

The tit pieces are actually two pieces fit together. One part is the tit and the other is a one-way valve consisting of a short piece of tube with an "X"' cut drain through what would be a solid closure of the tube. The X makes four down-pointing tabs. That's basically what causes all the plugged lines. Not sure why they thought this was a good idea. I removed these from the rear drains.

I'd imagine pushing a wire would only go through it in the direction of water flow, but still would likely get caught up on that valve some how.

IMO, there's no way a wire would go the opposite direction without breaking something.
