FIXED HEAD GASKET, BUT Where do I mount the transmission vent aka "breather"?

Sup all,

I took apart my engine to fix my head gaskets. Now I have one part that needs to be mounted, but I do not know where to mount it.

My uncle, who was the mechanic that fixed my car, assumes it is a transmission vent.

The Acura dealership called it a breather.

The dealership gave me this diagram. It is #2 located on the upper left of this diagram circled in red:

Here is the circled red area zoomed in:

if you want I can email you the larger detailed diagram -- cbihis@hotmail.com

here is a pic of the actual breather:

and here is where it is located in the engine:

Also my check engine light comes on frequently and my "D4" (drive 4) light blinks repeatedly. Even when my "P" (park) light is on! Here is a pic:

I am assuming that the reason my check engine light comes on frequently and my green "D4" (drive 4) light blinks repeatedly is because of the "breather" not being mounted.

Please correct me if I am wrong and tell me where to mount the breather.

One.
