just a fyi,, I did this but also removed the lower glove box bracket, then the four (maybe five) blower assembly bolts,, the blower can then be removed,, turn it up side down and or use compressed air to clean it out,,, mine was so full of leaves and small sticks they were hitting the fan,, once cleaned out the air volume and blower operation are a lot better,,
