Due to the colors and resolution of your signature you should try setting it to use less compression on the JPEG file. Set it to something like 9 or 10. As long as the file stays around like 60-80kb you should be fine. Right now it's only like 7kb. You definitely can up the quality and not kill the bandwith. I hope that you saved the original .psd or .tif. Later.
