Plus those Foresters have decent clearance.

Just wondering, did you do any PP work on the steering wheel pic?

Anyway, glad you stopped by here and gave us some nice pics. Always liked your Legend.
ya, they are nothing to look at stock, but with the right mods it can look like a pretty sweet SUV

there was no post processing on any of those pics, straight from camera.

I am officially jealous, I really like that forester! It looks like its a lot of fun and it looks a little more stable then most suvs. also the next time you are at someone else's computer without photoshop you can use this Adobe Photoshop Express - Made You Look. its a much smaller version of ps with the basic features, it's web based and free congrats on the new purchase and be safe!

haha, thanks mark, it is alot of fun, letting the tires loose on corners is fun cause its cake to control. and its a helluva lot more stable than any SUV i have driven, in most you take a hard turn and it feels like its about to roll over.

not in this one. it handles like a car. debating on picking up this WRX rear sway bar from a memeber at NAIOC.com for $75. they bolt right up.

Austin,

couple things...

1) Congrats on the new ride (she's a beaut)
2) Coming from a fellow Subaru guy (I own an 07 Legacy LTD), you CANNOT do a turbo setup on the existing 2.5i... (AVO still hasn't made the turbo kit, but it wouldnt matter because our engines are too high compression-boost would be limited to 5psi max...thats ridiculous, sorry)

only thing you can do is swap in a WRX or STi motor.....but then you'd be breaking ur tranny which would cause you to do the 6spd STi swap as well...and then forget about upgrading internals unless you cryotreat that tranny...

its not an easy upgrade as I considered this when I first got my subie because the dealer didnt have an LGT with automatic with black leather

any questions, please ask..i've become a subaru guru

I really don't get on this site often enough anymore.... quite sad actually. I'm sorry to see Rose go, but it looks like you made a good find with the Forester. I'm glad we got to meet up and get some pics while we still had our Legends. Mine is going to be sold this summer which will be a sad day for me. I'm going to be back in Austin for awhile this summer between moves; we should meet up before you head up north, I'd like to check out your new ride as well as show you mind.

Yes, another one joins the dark side!

43k miles is nothing. I am at 99k on my 2.5L still goin strong and getting 32 mpg with a weapon r air intake.

Only drawback as I found, replacement of clutch on a Subaru is very expensive.
