SWEET 1991 240sx Nissan Coupe
My 1991 240sx Nissan Coupe:
Just thought I would put this up, its nothing fancy but I do like the clean original paint and it's fun to drive. Has some mods but nothing radical. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thank you for your reply. Yes I like the newer models as well but i do think this is a classic sporty look. These cars are really fun to drive with the rear wheel drive! A turbo upgrade ect. would be my choice later but for now dependability and 28 mpg will be fine. Shes a keeper!

Very Very easy to get that HP your talking about.. I just sold my 1991 Nissan sentra SE-R sr20det that was 300 hp on stock bottom end and ran 12.7's 1/4 mile with 157,000 original mile on the engine. These are a beast when you mod them. Thats why you see them drifting these cars... It was a money maker on the street, eating mustangs and vettes with a 4 cylinder!

in the s13 body i always wanted to go ca18det.. its an iron block. 1.8 liter turbo motor ( 180sx) 176 hp stock (sr20det is 205) but the ca18 internals can handle more trauma.. from say.. a bigger turbo and more boost.. for the price of an sr20 swap. you can swap in a ca18.. throw on a boost controller. boost up to 1 bar.. out power the sr20. and have enough money left over for the LSD that those cars need.

Yes it's a Maxima.

![]() Despite the availability of parts, I might go for an RB20 (or VQ35 w/Z33 trans) over both of 'em, I've driven a few SR20s and they're good engines but I never really felt like I could bond with one ![]() CA18s are also supposedly pretty rev happy, I haven't driven one though.
