Anyone parting out 86 or 87 Legend? Need a brake system component.

Hi i am in the proccess of deleting ABS from the brake system and i am looking for the two way proportional valve i think is call that well i have a pic of a drawing from the manual please let me know if you have this... thanks

It does look the same as the drawing. Have you tried looking at the junkyard for one? My 88' doesn't have ABS.

No but the ones i know in the junk yard have the ABS... do you know if the flaring on brake line is 37 or 45 degrees?

I have no clue what size the flaring is. I was thinking of hitting the junkyard tomorrow, but if I d o decide to go, do you want me to pull one out for ya?

I belive only the one without ABS have it and the ONES with ABS have integrated in the pumps... but i am not really sure, all i know if cancel the ABS need a propotioning valve to balance the pressure to balance for the rear wheels and prevent locking on the rear...

Hmm, I'll check my car if I got one. But if I do go to the junky, hopefully I can find one that has no ABS.

Well, I finished the dual valve installation, after learing how to bend and make double flering on brake tubing this is the result.

I know it does not look very nice but once I remove the engine I can fix some, now just need to clean the brake lines and re-fill with new fluid.
