2. We are great at making suggestions to fit your needs but we need to know a few things. Please include with your question your:

*Vehicle info: year, make and model
*Your modifications that apply: suspension, brake or body mods, current wheel and tire sizes
*Your driving habits
*How you will be using this product (highway driving, racing, winter, etc.)
Providing us with this information will help us to give you the most accurate information.

I just want to let everyone here know that these guys are great! Zack over at DTD really took care of me. As a few of you know I had a blow out driving home from the CT meet a few weeks ago. The tires were fresh with only about 1200 miles. To say the least I was pissed thinking how I was going to have to spend $150 on a new tire. Anyway, I called these guys up to first get a price maych from one of their competitors. They did better than match the price, they gave me a FREE tire with the pruchase of the tire insurance certificate for all 4 of my tires. Mind you I did not buy the tires from DTD, which now knowing I probably should have and will do business with the next time I need a set of tires. They even shipped the tire for free, so for $110 I got a $150 tire plus insurance for the other 3 tires I have on the car!

I hope you spell checked it (its fixed now)! Your employees will probably think a retard typed up that praise. I typed it real fast while I was at work, so you know when the boss lurkes around its gotta be quick.

I will be calling for a set of all season tires for my winter wheels sometime this evening as well.

The prices were so reasonable, especially with the insurance plan offering a free replacement to back up anything (not repairable) that may happen to the tires, I picked up a full set of Falken Zeix 912's for my GS wheels!

So do I buy the tires online, and then go to my local discount tire to have them put on and balanced for no charge?

If you have a store near you, it is always best to buy from them. They can offer a higher level of customer service than we can online or over the phone and their services are for the life of your tires. (lifetime balance, Free rotations and Free flat repairs)

If you purchase wheels and tires online we will mount and balance your package for free at our warehouse and then send the set to you, ready to be bolted on. If you purchase only wheels or only tires, you will need to have them installed at your favorite local installer. Contact them for their installation prices.

If you purchase the warranties online we may ask you to take the tire for claim to a local store for inspection. Depending on the product, they may be able to replace it for you. If you don't have a store in your area or you move to an area where we don't have stores, your claim can be done though mail order. Most claims done though mail order do not require you to ship the tire back to us we may however ask you to send us pictures of the damaged tire.
