Where's hotlavaflow's turbo EMS cal file??? Details on setup? Did he pay someone to do it for him or something?

True for 3.2, 3.5's don't ever expect to rev that high. I will certainly make sure to check my springs for bind during the rebuild.

Well we all know about my ego and the ems compliments it quite divine.

Look in the photo gallery for hotlava's setup. His EMS isn't fully tuned on the new kit so theres nothing to share.

The lightweight pulleys give a power gain on an accelerating engine. At steady rpm they give no power gain. (Polar moment of inertia)On a decelerating engine they will show less power. This can be proved by a simple ramp up/ramp down dyno test.

We run the 3.5 heads to 7200 rpm with upgraded springs, solid lifters and solid spacers.

Also for the guys snapping bolts you might want to consider using a vise with aluminum jaws do "bleed down" your lifters. I have probably swapped more cams than anyone and am yet to break a bolt. Also the torque spec is 12nm/22nm. Buy a nice 1/4 drive torque wrench.

so telion do you do a similar stage II stage III and stage IV chip since sr5's not doing it anymore? What affect do the different stages have on mpg? I know a sacrifice needs to be made but I'm sure most will agree I don't want 13 mpg for 8hp.

^ and a little lock tight works great and I have been running my car to 7k to see if it can handle that high of a rev limit it has done fine so far. It is not that I want to abuse my car it is that I would prefer to have something go wrong within a mile of my house than on a track. And I think that in the quarter if it is close the further you can make power vs your competitor the greater your odds are of finishing first.
