brake break-in procedure w/ drilled rotors etc...
I have a set of front Drilled and slotted rotors and a pair of carbon friction performance metallic pads from autozone that I am thinking about installing on my legend this week if i have the time. What is the proper breakin procedure for these? Any help would be appriciated.

gentle stops for 250 - 500 miles.
I suggest you play safe and do the full 500 miles. I had my rotors on Jasmyn since 2000, and no problems. As far as I know they are still on there. So that means 4 + years

I was told 250-350. Depending on the type of pads I think the "Bed in" process can take longer. I'm at 475 on mine, and I had to do a couple hard stops in freeway traffic the other day.
