TCS is TCS, LSD is LSD.... Electronic devices are great helpers but still need the actual mechanical device to make it work. The racelogic unit is a really nice unit no matter what but should not be compared to a LSD

I'm confused, you have a type 2 motor (at least the heads are) but you are using a 5 speed ecu which is for a type 1 motor. So even though it makes no difference for the tranny as Bang&Olufsen DK mentioned, wont it make a difference in fuel delivery of the engine due to the differences in the type 1 and type 2 ecu?

Side Note:

Driving the car around has been a joy, but there has been a big difference in exhaust sound, when its fully warmed up and ive driven it around for a long while the car is LOUD. It sounds like a V8 with flo's, a little less throaty. Or, a v6 mustang with flo's, a little more throaty.

All my friends describe it as sounding like a NASCAR. No joke i think they are right. WHy has the exhaust note changed so dramatically from auto to manual, i didnt do any exhaust work. We are talking its louder from idle up.

Once chipped it wont make a difference. I had/have both the type I stage 2 and type II stage 2 ecus in auto form and they were identical in power. may go as far as saying the type I ecu seem more powerful. I did like the the extra revs in the type II ecu, but since i have a 3.5 liter i should rev as high anyway.

DV8 any updates?

What ECU can be used in this set up to work efficently? If I was doing this 3.5 setup could I use my Type II AT trans??

I'm impressed w/ such a car.

I think you mean stock TCS? It helps in snow/rain......and low traction situations......not for racing.

But all cars have differentials as far as I know, someone correct me if I am wrong.......ours is an open differential, so it sucks. I beleive Accords have an open differential as well. When one wheel has traction and the other doesn't all the power goes to the wheel without traction and it spins uselessly while the wheel with traction gets no power. The Phantom Grip lsd dv8 installed helps with this.

Specific, for the most part. Applications listed on the website, http://www.phantomgrip.com/auto_makes.php . Dv8 is using the one for a TL, Phantom Grip told me they have not tested it out in a Legend, but looks like it works fine from what Dv8 has posted.

Dont' know if this has been covered before, but what part would you say you had the most difficulty with? I'm guessing the intake manifold?
