Ebay engines?

Has anyone here purchased one of the engines off ebay that are imported from japan with supposedly 40,000 or so miles on it? Did ya have any problems? Is it a simply pluck out and drop in engine swap? Im considering it because of the dredded BHG syndrome. And whats the best head gasket for these cars ?

Many people have bought JDM engines off of Ebay with no problems. If you use the search button and search for JDM swap then everything you need to know will come up.

Best head gaskets are Acura OEMs and Felpro from your local parts house (the company that make gaskets for pretty much every car that exists). Make sure you get a complete HG set for the swap.
