Question First Basic mods on a 92 Coupe.... and a few other questions

Hi,

Just got a 92 Coupe and i'm looking around to what i can do to make it better,
I have looked through some threads here.

I'm looking to get some bolt-on mods that won't have to much down time since it's a daily driver something i could like do over a weekend or so.

First things i think of doing,
Air intake,
exhaust
tower strut
re-doing the wheels
and a very thorough clean and polish.
the small throttle body coolant upgrade.

are there other mods that can do to it to add some more power and torque that are reliable and easy to do??

i've also seen a lot of threads about type-2 mod's since it's a European car it's got a type-1 engine i head a quick look and they do all seem quite difficult and expensive, how hard are they in general?

also,
what is the best way to fix a worn out driver seat bolster?? the interior is nearly spotless except for the driver seat bolster it's a gray leather interior i was thinking of just getting some leather/vinyl paint and then do some leather conditioner.... would that solve the problem???

also the right door has a spot that's faded could a good polish job fix that or should i go to a paint shop en let them mix some touch up paint for the car and fix it that way??

Congrats on getting the coupe .

Telion or sr5guy chip is missing from your mod list . Might be the best HP/€ for you. I haven't done my Type II conversion yet, how difficult it is will depend on how much converting you do. Doing just a Type II intake manifold would be easier than swapping the whole Type II top end.

I've got no idea about worn bolsters either, if you figure something out post up and let me know.

Pics would be a big help when talking about your paint issue.

There was just a dyno comparison between Telion and sr5guy chips posted on the other forum that you might be interested in if you're looking to get one: http://forums.acuralegend.org/telion...45.html?t=1545
