Talking Fuel pressure regulator

I head that a fuel pressure regulator and getting the timing advanced would help a pretty good bit. If any one has done this let me know how it is.

no no no, Unless you have a G1 Legend, stick(go with) with a bayou performance chip.

the real question is what legend do you have?
G1 or G2

if its the G1 then go ahead and get a chip before you bother with the FPR. the chip will raise the FP on is own to compensate for added breathing i.e. intake & Exhaust. however you could get the FPR and advance your timming it may do the same thing.

if you have the G2 you dont have both choices, because the G2 has no distributor, hence meaing you cant advance the timming. its all ecu controlled. thats why the chip is the best way to go when working on a G2, assuming you have intake and exhaust as a must before the chip.
